The Week In Numbers
This week, over 5 days of collected data I ate a total of 8464 calories, averaging out at 1692 calories per day.
Sadly Saturday was super busy and it just didn't get logged, but it was my workout day, so it's likely to have been a nice chunk of calories ;)
This week the carbs have slowly crept up, but there has been minimal bloating. I eat the majority of my carbs in the evening (as per this TedEDx talk and related research )
Then I went to log it in MFP.... 1.6Ib loss for the week.
It seems that the force is still super strong with the IF pattern! Ha. I've broken my first "barrier" weight, cracking into the 170's and I can't wait to see where this week takes me!!
Goals for the Week
This week my goals are:
- Stick to the 16:8 IF eating pattern, breaking my fast at 1:30pm and finishing the eating window at 9:30pm.
- Walk at least 8k steps/day
- Work out 4 times this week for a minimum of 20 minutes, 2 weight work outs, 1 Zumba class and 1 run with the pups. I'm also hoping to add a teeny, weeny pole workout in....
