So you want to start running but the very thought makes you sit back down and
tuck into the chips?

Want to start running but feel like a beached whale whenever you attempt it?

Then you probably know that the C25K programme has been designed with you (and I) in mind. You've probably read the goverment recommendations, the doctor recommendations and those really fit people recommendations that running is a great thing to do (if we ignore the weightlifters out there, who I've always been prone to agree with).

Running has been seen in many people to produce excellent weight loss. When it's combined into a balanced diet of good food, resistance training and cardio (with both steady state and interval training) then you're onto a winner!

Benefits of running include that amazing endorphin high that mixes with the taste of blood in the back of your throat to feel amazing (just me? really?), it's convinient - you don't need a gym membership to do it and it's effective.

Introducing The SnailStalker Guide to Surviving C25K in 4 easy steps...
