What charities does Diary of a Pole Addict Support?
As I'm sure you know by now, Trails and Tribulations started out as a fundraising site for Oxfam's Trailwalker 2014 (we finished - check out our story here!).
During the course of fundraising though, the page grew and the readership turned it into a fitness blog.
I still make and sell the items I created for fundraising and 10% of the profits go to charity, in addition to this, I've created a "buy me a Beer!" account, where readers can simply buy me a beer, or they can choose to have monthly updates and unique insights into the DoPA world.
The current charities I'm supporting are:
CLC Rescue - Adozioni Cane Lupo Cecoslovacco - providing homes/care/shelter & training for abandoned wolf dogs
and
La Casa di Axel - "temporary" boarding for dogs and cats/animal shelter/training & care
