During my long search, I came across this recipe. And it is amazing!
Depending on your requirements/sensitivity to gluten, the cous-cous here can be replaced with brown rice, or quinoa.

Boiling pan
Wooden spoon One large cup/small bowl |
100g cous-cous (or subsitute)
200ml 2% milk 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp cinnamon Berries/nuts/fruits to taste - the photo shows around 100g summer berries and one 70g banana (add calories accordingly). |
What To Do
Before you start:

- Add pan to the hob and then add the honey and cinnamon and stir until the honey is dissolved.
- Leave to heat for 5 minutes, making sure you stir it occasionally & that the milk doesn't boil.
- After 5 minutes, while the pan is still on the hob, add the cous-cous and leave on the heat for another 5 minutes.
- Add any additional ingredients, stir in and serve.
