Happy Monday all, I hope it treated you well! Today kept me very busy, I managed not only to stuff my glasses in my ear, but also to accidentally bathe the cat. It's been an interesting day!
I was feeling a bit sorry for myself today, I felt like I hadn't achieved my goals last week and that frankly bummed me out. That was until I put my progress pictures side by side.
I cannot stress just how much PICTURES make a difference in weight loss journalling, simply because, you just don't see the changes in yourself!
Anyway, my progress pictures for week 8 of the bodybuilding.com 12 week transformation....
This week saw an overall loss of 6.6 cm (2.64 in), with the largest losses coming from the widest part of my hips and the widest part of my tummy (presumably because they have the most fat on them still!).
I've also somehow gained 0.5cm on my calves. Given there's no fat on them (well, minimal fat) we can assume my calves are going #beastmode on me ;) (I used to have MASSIVE calves on my much slimmer body on account of off-road cycling. I feel we're going back there!).
Anyway, keeping this short but sweet - how are you this week? How do your accomplishments match up to your goals for the past week?
