So, here we are again. This week is a week for getting ready for Christmas and wrapping up lots of loose ends (no pun intended!) but we're nearly there (and wrapped up in our preparations.....ok, that was intended).
This week has been a lot slower for me in terms of workouts. As I'm sure you'll remember me moaning about, I mean, mentioning, last year I did something really stupid and messed a load of muscles up in my back.
Upon seeing what I'd done to them earlier today, my buddy and an excellent masseuse Kerrie-Anne tried working those kinks out; with some stoic acceptance that I'm likely to be back, because lets face it....I'm not all that bright (point in question: "oh, that hurts....lets do it again", "oh, that was heavy - can i lift more?" etc).
So today Kerrie-Anne, suppressing a sigh told me that it's best just to REST the damaged area. Fine. I can rest. Ok, well, I got the go-ahead for yoga. That's all good.
