There is one fact about the latter part of the week though...
Still, this is my nomination for #workoutwednesday. It's guaranteed to make you sweat, cry and feel amazing all in one fell swoop.
So - just to go over basics:
1) wide pull-ups. Arms wide, outside grip and pull. Jump into it if you need to, but make sure you pull too.
2) thrusters....dumbbell in each hand push from a crouch to standing straight with arms extended above your head
3) burpees *shudder*
1) Great compound exercise....good luck... 0_o Wide arms, don't tuck them in!
