Why did I change my mind?
Well, sometimes the effects of our habits aren't see immediately. Sometimes we can eat rubbish for years before developing a "podge" as I like to call my own, but underneath all of that is the damage we're doing internally.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying don't eat fast food - you know my IIFYM leanings but all I'M saying is don't eat it all of the time. Furthermore - what are YOUR habits doing to the people around you?
As the video points out - obesity and the health risks as part of that doesn't happen overnight. Yes, people must be accountable for their own choices in life - you can't blame the parents for what the adult chooses to do, but the more kids we get out there with amazing food habits, a healthy balance with food and a healthy view of themselves the better we'll be going into our human futures. We're setting the platform in children - maybe they'll listen, maybe they won't, but at least you'd have done all you can.
So, I'll leave you with this video and the questions - who do YOUR habits impact aside from yourself? Do you agree with this video or do you think it's oversimplifying the problem?
