I created #liftlikeagirlbrand to voice the message that I'm sick of being told that #likeagirl is a bad thing.
"You run like a girl", "you hit like a girl", "you swim like a girl". They're all thrown at people from a young age to INSULT. Why is being "like a girl" an insult?
To me, being "like a girl" means that I've gotten back up every single time I've been knocked down by circumstance. To me it means I've survived some nasty times. To me it means it means I am STRONG.
So, #fitsisters. Be #likeagirl and be #proud of your femininity. Show me your STRONG. Show me your BRAVE. Show me your TENACITY, because ladies, being "like a girl" isn't an insult. It's a compliment.
